This collaboration was organized by ︎Ohme, a research and education institution that fosters the exchange between art and science.
︎Doubt My Sciences is an educational initiative led by the philosophy and social sciences research team at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). It aims to equip young people with epistemological tools to critically assess the ‘scientific’ information presented in the media. As a visual communication tool for this project, we created a book featuring an illustrated series that makes epistemology more accessible.
Starting with the question, “If an ant can lift 100 times its body weight, does that mean a car-sized ant could lift a whale?”, the book explores scientific validity and logical reasoning.
